1. Definitions
- Business / we / us: Sonamu B.V., trading under the name TCG-Ground.
- Customer / you: the consumer who enters into an agreement with us.
- Website: the TCG-Ground website.
- Products: Trading Card Game (TCG) products, including booster packs, booster boxes, cases, decks, sleeves, and accessories.
- Sealed product: a product with (manufacturer) packaging and/or seal that is unopened and intact.
- Pre-order: an order placed before the product release date and/or before the product is in stock.

3. Applicability
- These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements regarding products offered and sold via our Website.
- Any deviations from these Terms & Conditions are only valid if confirmed by us in writing.
- If any clause in these Terms & Conditions is invalid, the remaining clauses remain fully in force.
4. Offer, pricing & obvious mistakes
- All prices are in euros, including VAT, and excluding shipping costs and/or other costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- We may change prices. The price confirmed in your order confirmation applies to that order, unless there is an obvious mistake.
- Obvious errors or mistakes (for example a clearly unrealistic price, an incorrect product title or a typo) are not binding. In that case we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
- Product images are indicative. Colors, artwork, set/print, language or edition may differ due to manufacturer/publisher changes. This does not entitle you to cancellation or compensation unless the product materially differs from the description.
- Price reductions: Where we announce a price reduction, we comply with applicable rules on price reduction announcements, including (where required) using the lowest price applied during the relevant period prior to the reduction.
5. Payment
- Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout (such as iDEAL).
- An order is processed after successful payment, unless stated otherwise.
- In case of (suspected) misuse, fraud or incorrect payment details, we may pause or cancel an order.
6. Delivery, shipping & in-store pickup
- Products are supplied while stocks last (except pre-orders).
- Delivery is made to the address provided by you, or you may choose in-store pickup.
- We deliver as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, unless a different delivery time has been agreed.
- Delivery times are estimates. If delivery is late, you may terminate the agreement after giving us written notice and a reasonable additional period to deliver.
- We may ship an order in partial shipments if necessary (e.g., when combining in-stock items with pre-orders).
- In-store pickup:
- You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please bring your order confirmation (digital is fine) and valid ID.
- If someone else picks up, they must show the order confirmation and be able to provide your name.
- We keep pickup orders available for 14 days after the “ready for pickup” notice, unless agreed otherwise. After that, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid, minus any demonstrable costs (e.g., payment provider fees) where legally permitted.
- Please check your order upon receipt (or pickup). Report visible damage, missing items or incorrect deliveries as soon as possible (preferably the same day) with photos and your order number.
7. Pre-orders, allocations & scarcity
- Pre-order release and delivery dates are estimates and may change due to publisher/distributor updates.
- Allocation can occur in the TCG market: we may receive fewer units than ordered from suppliers.
- If we cannot deliver (fully) due to allocation or other supply limitations, we may adjust or (partly) cancel your order. For the undeliverable part, you will receive either:
- (a) a refund, or
- (b) delivery when/if the product becomes available again (if possible), in consultation with you.
- Limits per customer: in case of scarcity, we may limit quantities per customer, per address or per account. If you order above the limit, we may cancel the excess and refund it.
- Customer cancellation of pre-orders:
- You may cancel a pre-order as long as it has not been shipped or prepared for pickup.
- If demonstrable, non-reversible costs have already been incurred (e.g., payment provider fees), we may deduct these from the refund where legally permitted.
- If a pre-order must be delivered in multiple parts, this may be arranged in consultation with you.
8. Right of withdrawal (returns)
- You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
- After notifying withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product (or, in consultation, return it in-store).
- To withdraw, email info@tcg-ground.com and include your order number.
- Returns should be sent to: Sonamu B.V. (TCG-Ground), Putselaan 102, 3074 JE, Rotterdam, The Netherlands (unless we instruct otherwise).
- Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless we state otherwise.
- Refunds: We will refund all payments received (including standard outbound delivery costs) within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return. Refunds are made using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
- You are liable for any diminished value if you handle the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
- Sealed TCG products: returns are only accepted if the seal/packaging is unopened and intact. Opened booster packs/boxes/cases cannot be returned.
- If a returned product does not meet the return conditions, we may refuse the return and (at your request) ship it back to you (shipping at your cost), or—where legally permitted—apply a reduction for loss of value.
9. Conformity & legal warranty
- Products must conform to the agreement (Dutch consumer conformity rules).
- Report defects, incorrect deliveries or damage as soon as possible via info@tcg-ground.com, including your order number and clear photos.
- We will provide an appropriate solution in accordance with the law (e.g., replacement or refund).
10. Complaints
- Complaints can be submitted via info@tcg-ground.com with a clear description and your order number.
- We aim to respond within 15 business days.
11. Force majeure & liability
- Force majeure includes, among other things: supplier/carrier delays, import or trade restrictions, failures in (digital) infrastructure, fire, power outages, cyber incidents, strikes and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- In case of force majeure, we may suspend our obligations for the duration of the force majeure situation.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damage and at most the amount of the relevant order, unless there is intent or wilful recklessness.
12. Privacy, fraud & misuse
- We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable law.
- For fraud prevention, we may conduct checks (e.g., inconsistencies in name/address/payment details) and request additional information.
- In case of (suspected) fraud, misuse, resale schemes or chargeback abuse, we may refuse/cancel orders and block accounts, to the extent legally permitted.
13. Governing law & disputes
- These Terms & Conditions and all agreements are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
